How to use this tools for format:

• first download this tools from HERE
• extract winrar file
• Open tools and choose "Options" menu
• first click " USB Download/Readback "
• again select " option " menu
• click on " Backup and Restore (No Action)..." > and click "Backup->Download/Format -> Restore
• now click "Format" button and insert usb cable
• and choose as you like format option if have to user code problem so select "Reset to Factory Default" and then click on ok button
