Procedure:

1. Download all are files who required in this device from above link
2. Extract to Desktop or as you like path
3. Open Odin tool and click on PDA or AP button and choose philz_touch_6.48.4-n7100.tar.md5 file
4. Now attach battery in to device
5. Press and Hold Volume Down + Home + Power button for Download Mode
6. Attach Micro USB cable in to device
7. Click on Start Button for flash recovery file
8. Copy UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.00.zip file in to Phone Memory
9. Turn Off device
10. Press and Hold Volume Up + Home + Power button for Recovery
11. Choose UPDATE-SuperSU-v2.00.zip file and install it
12. Enable USB Debugging in Developer Option
13. Attach Micro usb Cable in to device
14. Open Z3x Tool
15. Choose Model N7100
16. Click on Repair Button and fill legally imei Click on Ok button
17. Wait until repair Imei
18. You are done

• Open Samsung Processional Tools
• First do Reset Reset Dafault EFS see below image 

Step : 2

• Open Odin tools
• Tick Auto Reboot or F.Reset Time
• And click on PDA button and choose samsung N7100 Root file
• Last click on Start Button see blow image

Step : 3

• Open Samsung Professinal tools
• Choose model GT-N7100
• Choose Service tools tab
• Tick on Repair IMEI and fill 3556xxxxxxxxxxx
• You are done see blow image

Imp: if your mobile stuck in bootlook and it does not boot some times.     it also may cause the efs problems.your mobile should compulsory boot if you repair your efs problems.and then

     your imei link will become 004999010640000 like this. and if your imei become like this you can repair your imei
     by the software boxes such as Z3X,OCTOPUS SPT ETC.
     if you want to repair your efs by octopus box, you first put your mobile into download mode and then press repair
     efs. after doing this, you should get imei like this(i.e. 004999010640000). and it is better to repair imei by
     usingz3x,octopus,spt etc.

The below is the process of how to repair efs with outbox imei using z3x.

1)first of all, download this the file N7100_repair_efs.rar if your mobile is null
2)than put your mobile into download mode and run odin select the n7100 repair efs file into PDA nd then flash it.
 yur mob still has imei null factory reset it and check or update it with official firmware 4.1.1 or 4.1.2..
if your imei is still null you have to use software box to repair efs to to get tis factory imei 004999010640000
i used octoplus to repair efs.i repaired with z3x box after getting this imei.

3)i jus t got error in the latest version, so i run samsung tool 16.1.
first jus t select the model n7100 and then press read info but you should enable use debbugging before you do this.
still if your mobile is not found, press read info again it will deduct and read the mobile.

Note: now the samsung tool 18 is also available so you can repair directly with out your cable.

4)after your mobile is read, then press repair and just write your imei.the imei of your mobile must be back side
in the battey. you must remove the mobile cover and just note your imei from the battery.


5) then check your imei repair option and then write down your imei and press ok.while doing its process it vil ask
 to cnnt uart cable. for this you must disconnt the usb and then connect usb after you will successfully get your imei.

6) If yu get Bypass MSL... error do it agin . use 510 k uart cabe .

* Download samsung s3 boot card maker Here

* Extract it on desktop

* Take a card reader insert memory card into the card reader and connect it to the pc

* From the extracted folder run Diskdump2.exe

* Select generic storage Device. pictures below follow it


* Now to write the scripts follow the below given picture

* Download and extract teraterm-4.78 on desktop

* From extracted folder run ttermpro.exe there select serial port and change the serial port to z3x serial
port link below givin in the picture

* After Select The Serial Port Press Ok Button then Go To Setup Click Serial Port Option
Select Baud Rate 115200 Then Press Ok Button link below given in the picture

* Now insert the created boot card to the mobile

* Connect the Uart cable via z3x box

* Now Insert the battery and wait for 5min if the procces did not start disconnet the mobile close termpro agin try it.

* if it run success you will the result below given link this.
