1. Switch off the mobile

2. Press the volume down + power button together

3. When the Android symbol appears press the volume up & down and then press the power button

4. Recovery menu will appear, here select wipe data / factory reset and press volume up button

5. Now select delete all user data and press volume up

6. Restart the mobile and pattern lock will be removed
