Procedure:
- Download firmware or tools from the above link
- In folder to be 2 files one for spd card and one for sp flash tools
- open sp flash tools and select Scatter file from software folder
- now select download mode and click on download button
- now press & hold volume up button and insert usb cable
- you are done
