: How to Hard Reset procedure :

 

1. Press and hold VOLUME UP + DOWN + POWER

2. Release on i997 only POWER key

3. Select wipe/data from volume Down key

4. Press Power button key 

5. Select Yes

6. You are done :)

Note : Delete all user data
