Hard Reset:

1. Press and Hold Volume UP + Power Key to see Android Logo.
2. Press Home Key to see Recovery Menu.
3. select wipe data/factory reset and press Enter Key.
4. now select Yes -- Delete all User Data and press Enter Key.
5. now select reboot and press Enter key to reboot device
